Our Android apps (Seoul Wallpapers, CropToolPro, Geetify) are provided "as is". Free versions may include ads served via Google AdMob. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may update or discontinue features at any time.
All original designs, code, and content created by ITinex Solutions for showcase/portfolio purposes remain our intellectual property unless transferred to a client through a paid engagement. Client-owned brand assets (logos, content) remain the property of the respective client.
ITinex Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, apps, or services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or third-party service outages (e.g. Cloudflare, Google Play).
Our services rely on third-party infrastructure such as Cloudflare and Google Play. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these third parties.
Cancellation and refund terms are handled on a per-project basis and agreed upon in writing (e.g. via WhatsApp/email) before work begins. Advance payments are generally non-refundable once development work has started.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu, J&K.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website, apps, or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
